Wet rated means the fixture is approved for direct exposure rather than sheltered positions only — an open soffit, an uncovered entryway, a patio ceiling with nothing above it. The white aluminium housing and clear glass shade are sealed for outdoor use, and the same unit installs indoors without modification.

Optics are rated at 36 degrees, producing a defined beam rather than a wide wash.

At 4 inches tall this is the shallow profile in the Nordic range, which suits a low ceiling or a narrow soffit. Output is 1,050 total lumens with 640 delivered at 3000K and 90 CRI — brighter than the 8W version in the same diameter.
