Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Do you charge for shipping?
No. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST (GMT-06:00) on business days begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the next business day.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

What happens if my package is lost?
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we'll provide either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

Order changes should be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours, provided they have not already shipped.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Can I exchange an item?
At this time, Prestige Lighting does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order once your return has been approved.
